I'm a California native and have been fascinated by snakes, and natural history in general since I was about 8 years old. I kept lots of snakes from then until about 15 year of age and then got back into keeping in 2006 after seeing on the web how far the hobby has come along. I'm mostly interested in the natural history of my animals and not much into morphs and breeds, but I keep my snakes mostly as pets and have no intention at this point of trying to breed from sale or profit. As such, they get lots of attention.
